Videos:
- There's one disk with the videos and Reid has it?
- How ready are the videos on the disk? Do they just need to be posted?
Or do we need to crop them, insert titles and re-encode them?
- Can we buy another disk so we can clone this and have a backup? I can
buy it and store this, although expensing it to the Foundation would be
preferable. I have a portable enclosure that can speak FireWire 400, USB
2 and SATA that I can bring to sprints.
Audio:
- There are a few DVDs, each with a complete set of the audio, and Reid,
Audrey and Peter have them?
- Can we post a torrent with the DVD content so there are more copies of it?
- How ready are the audio files on the discs? Can we just post them or
do we need to crop, insert intros and encode them?
- How do we want to publish these talks? Like on what site?
Meetings:
Where and when would we like to do these sprints? One possibility is an
hour or so before the weekly WhereCampPDX meetings (Thursday 7pm,
Produce Row). We could do a couple on weekends too, like at Market
Street Pub, Urban Grind, Risterro Roasters, etc.

Yep.

The videos that are on the hard drive are the ones that were shot in
the main keynote room by Joe. All of these videos are already online
at http://osbridge.blip.tv/

The audio files aren't perfect, but based on what I've heard from
other conferences, we could get away with posting them as is. However,
I'd like to take some time to normalize the audio and possibly add
introductions.

I'd been working on getting our wordpress install set up to handle
podcasts. If we don't want to host the audio ourselves, we should look
into alternatives.

I'm not entirely sure how any of these offers a quieter venue to work
on this. I'd love to encourage participation, but audio editing is a
pretty solitary task (especially in public).
