missing 'session notes' link in sessions?

I'm using firefox, but tried chrome as well.
Signed in or not, there seems to be no link as mentioned by Reed in the kickoff talk before the keynote to create/edit the crowdsourced 'session notes' for 2015 talks. The links for 2012 & 2014 talks (which i spotchecked) seem to be present.Reply all
