eventbrite advertising for osb

Why does the eventbrite email with upcoming suggested events have "free" next to open source bridge? when osb is not a free conference?

When I clicked on the link what was free was one choice  to be billed later for some type of corporate sponsorship I believe.

Community passes are free.
