New stable release: OSATE 2.19.0

A new stable release of OSATE, version 2.19.0, is now available for download at http://osate-build.sei.cmu.edu/download/osate/stable/2.19.0/products/. The archive files contain the complete version of OSATE. You can use the sha256 hashes posted in the release notes to verify your download.

Please note:

1. MacOS users must run the command `sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine osate2.app/` to be able to run OSATE.
   
2. Installing from the update site into an existing Eclipse requires additional steps (see https://groups.google.com/g/osate/c/Hpw6wX_GND4)
3. Some of the code in OSATE was created with the assistance of AI coding agents.
