Developers: Update to Eclipse 2025-06

I have created a new setup for Eclipse 2025-06. All developers should use it to install a fresh development environment. The instructions on osate.org are updated.

Do not pull the master branch from github if you don't plan to upgrade to the Eclipse 2025-06 development environment!

The website currently states: “Select Eclipse IDE for Java Developers as the base product to install, and select 2025-03 ...”. I assumed this was meant to say 2025-06, which is what I selected. The resulting development environment worked as expected.

Good catch! It should, of course, be 2025-06. I've updated the instructions.
