Regular social group meetings in Osaka

Hello !
I am planning to form a social group that meets once a week at
various places in Osaka. (Starting from June 2009)
The group will be a chance for Japanese people to speak English and
people from other countries to speak Japanese.
The group could be held for example every Tuesday evening, at about
7:30pm.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend at this stage.
Some sample venues would be: Tenouji: Tinn's Hall, Uehonmachi: Osaka
House, Honmachi - Big cafe/bar? Tsuruhashi: Flame bar, Umeda: ......
We could have meetings that meet once a week at different places
around the Osaka loop line, possibly just four venues so that the same
places can be repeated once a month (Some people may just attend once
a month).
Any other suggestions?
The cost at this stage will be free, just pay for a coffee/drink/meal
if you like.
