OSA IITM Student chapter is starting its new membership drive. Click here to know more about OSA Student Chapters.
Please fill this form for applying for student chapter.
Before filling this form, you need to Signup at https://www.osa.org/en-us/
Fill in your details. DO NOT PROCEED TO PAYMENT in OSA web page. This is a group membership drive, so OSA IITM Chapter will initiate your payment.
You need to note down your Customer ID from OSA website before filling this form.
Membership fee is $10 (conversion charges and GST extra). This will correspond to Rs750 approx. We will inform the exact amount after the membership is approved.
The same is applicable for members who want to renew the OSA Membership
