I am sorry, I couldn't meet Tapanbabu.  I could have asked him to come and take a booth here.  NROs are the people who will buy his property.  There will be approximately 3000 delegates and most of them have interest in purchasing properties.Many others have like Utkal, DLF, Imami, Odisha Homes, Vipul have shown interest.  Our sponsorships at 5,10,15 laks is a mere cost of a single flat Z1 can get its cost back.  Please think about it. We can always talk about it.  The cost of the back page with full color is $3000.  It must be camera ready.

 

We can put banners, give booth at prime place.  Some of the packages have free registration, 2 days free boarding and lodging at Gaylord Resort, the prime hotel at Washington DC.

We will implement whatever you decide and let us know.

We have 3 significant areas of Ads:

Back page of souvenir and directory

Inside front page of souvenir and directory

Inside back page of souvenir and directory

These above 3 are visible. Other areas may not be visible unless somebody wants to see the Ads. You can decide which Ad to put where and just let us know.

Secondly, we would like to publish a list of financial contributers for OSA 2015. I request fundraising team to prapare that list and send to us. You can check Ohio souvenir page 32 and know exactly what I am talking about.

I would request editorial team take that decision. Besides those three categories that you outlined, your team should decide where other ads go. Funding team and Exhibit team probably won't have any idea on that. Unless leadership think otherwise.

As regard to fund contributors list, lot of people have promised but have not paid. I am not sure how to go about it. It is a tricky one. I will discuss with my team and let you know.
