Handling user's refusal and selective consent

Hi,

1. How can I pass lack of user's consent to hydra?

So I displayed the scopes and user refused to grant access.

2. Can I pass different scopes than requested in a consent jwt?

yes. you can always issue only a subset of scopes. add only those scopes to the consent token that the user consented to.
