Creating an IdP for Hydra in Go

Hi,

I started a implementing the IdP for Hydra in golang.

It's under development right now and I'm opened for any suggestions.

Update:

- Structure is more or less ready. 

- Authorization is done with via "Providers". Everyone will have to at least configure, possibly create a Provider. 

- I implemented a simple Basic Auth provider with htpasswd file

Plans:

- "Remember me" cookies. Possibly via another provider

- Authorizing with basic auth via a http form + go-templates

- Displaying scopes

This shall be ready in the next two weeks.
