Business Development Executives
Expertise in full US IT Recruitment life cycle.
Primarily responsible for key account development, account management
& Client Interactions.
Hard core account management of existing accounts in terms of
Understanding client needs, Project requirements and ensuring delivery
of consultants to clients.
Develop the clients and maintain relations with existing clients.
Work closely with the client, give and take updates about consultant's
submissions, and other required information.
Interacting with the Hiring mangers and senior HR professionals for
better clarity of the positions and for more requirements.
Negotiating with the clients in terms of rates, delivery of
consultants, and other issues.
Proficient in Recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job
boards, Internet search, head hunting ".
