Skill set we're looking for:

* Experience writing web applications in Ruby on Rails
* jQuery/JS/AJAX
* Strong in MySQL
* SVN or Git
* Sys admin, database, CDN and any other knowledge that would help
you build a badass web app
* Strong communication skills
* Experience building web platforms/apps (preferred)
* Agile workflow experice (preferred)
* A great personality and an even better sense of humor

Currently we have a solid site with basic community and ecommerce
features. The initial work is all about refactoring what exists,
extracting and improving components and features, driving
modularization and anything else you think we should focus on. Most
importantly, you'll provide a fresh outlook on features, architecture
and project direction and will actively contribute to it on an ongoing
basis.

Us: A bootstrap startup trying to make the best damn creative
marketplace possible! We are a currently a team of 3 who takes care of
all the design, front-end code and marketing; we just need the dev
side of things to tie it all together and keep us inline. We've
managed to build the site while holding down full-time jobs over the
past few months and plan to continue growing the site, both on the
community side and feature wise, in the coming months. As the fourth
person on the team you'll have a substantial part of the company
(equity). We're passionate, driven and motivated and you should be
