This developer will be assisting a team of 7 devleopers using Java and
Ruby on Rails to assist in providing services to their client. There
are ten people in the office.

· CHALLENGE/IMPACT:
They have only been using Ruby on Rails since 2006 and understand that
it's not the easiest skill set to find. So, they dont expect this
developer to be a 100% Ruby developer but also have Java experience as
well.

· DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Reporting to the CTO and a Project Manager
*Responsible for writing scripts
*Also responsible for "managing their own deployments"
*Communicating with other team members making sure they are all on the
same page

· REQUIRED SKILLS
*Knowledge of developing Ruby on Rails (doesnt need to be 100% a ruby
developer) at least 1year experience
*Knowledge of Java Development
*Knowledge working with a consumer based development

*Speaking in Conference's

· DESIRED SKILLS
*Knowledge with Hastile
*Knowledge with Small Talk
*Went to school for Computer Science
*Knowledge of Erlang & Python

· PROCESS (HIRING/DECISION MAKING)Phone Screen and then a F2F.
