Ruby on Rails Developer in Ocala, FL

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer that is able to do new
development as well as maintenance on their internal applications.
The group also develops in C#/ .NET so they would like for this person
to be open to working with Ruby on Rails as well as .NET. This
position is based out of Ocala, FL and it is a contract to hire, so we
are looking for someone that is seeking a permanent long term
position. The database platform is MS SQL 2005/2008 and we currently
develop in an Agile environment, evolving towards Scrum.

Qualified candidates should have the following experience:

* 1-5 years of experience developing in Ruby on Rails
* 2-5 years of experience with .NET C# Development preferred but not
required
* Experience working with MS SQL 2005/ 2008
