Extensive knowledge and experience with
Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, SVG, RESTful APIs, JSON and XML
Nice to have:
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OData, Nginx, Unicorn, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Active Admin,
Bootstrap, Markdown a plus
Formal Job description:
Design, build and maintain identity management developer portal. The developer portal includes
integrating the identity management platform with a variety of source and
target systems including oauth, odata, custom apis, Web services, databases and
directories to manage the identity lifecycle across the organization.
- Understand the business, security, audit and regulatory compliance goals of the organization and the
application landscape
- Responsible for designing and developing self-service UI features, Web service interaction,
database and directory access, workflows and reports
- Assist with production support issues
- Participate in planning, requirements, design, code review, test case review and status meetings
- Provide development estimates (LOEs)
- Unit testing
- Performance tuning
- Adhere to standards and methodologies defined by the Consumer Architecture team
- Become familiar with High Availability and DR application architectures
- 3-5+ years application design/development experience
- Extensive knowledge of the following technologies/standards:
- Ruby
- Ruby on Rails
- Web services
- Git
- Eclipse
- Linux and Unix platforms
