Hey, anyone want to give this another go? We had a whopping four
attendees last month... And lots of "crap that was tonight?" posts on
Twitter and Facebook... Second Thursday anyone? Bueller?

Sorry, that should have been the 8th, not the 10th. Looking at the
wrong month!

Sounds fun, but I'll be out of town until the 9th. :(  I swear next time I'll actually, you know, put it on the calendar.

David,

I am in, for the 8th. The last meeting was a lot of fun, with the code dojo format, and I got a little insight into Python, as a bonus.

I haven't been able to attend lately, but might if I ditched around
8pm. In which case, the 8th would be fine.

So another meager turn out for March: me, Yet Another Greg, David
Harris, and Gregg Pollcak (briefly). Sorry you guys missed out; we
could have used the help of an experienced Rubyist. :[

We were attempting to solve the Project Euler problem #2 (http://
projecteuler.net/problem=2) by using the Enumerator / Enumerable
features introduced in Ruby 1.9. We kinda got tripped up on
implementing Enumerable#each properly (should have used "yield"
instead) and inheriting from Enumerator (couldn't change the signature
for "Enumerator#new" properly. Here's the final gist: https://gist.github.com/2011813

Gregg suggested maybe something more presentation-like next month with
hacking afterward. I'd love someone to explain the _correct_ way to do
what we were trying to do on our own, then maybe give it another try?
There's also another nerd-friendly event downtown on the 2nd
Thursdays: Tech Thursdays at Urban Rethink (http://urbanrethink.com/
node/849). If folks are interested in that, I know those guys. We
could team up. Thoughts?

Right on, San Francisco is where the startup action is located.
