Rails Consultant...

Hello Everyone,

It has been a while since I have been on the Ruby scene. I have moved
to Miami and started developing in another arena. With that said, an
old associate of mines asked me if I would like to develop a web app
using Rails 3, Heroku, and Amazon S3 that would allowed users to
create an account, stream video to their computer, and play that video
in a built in web player. This does not sound too difficult but I have
gotten extremely rusty with Rails and truthfully I do not have the
time to brush on rails, develop that web app, and work my full time
job (I work 50 to 60 hours a week).

So I was wondering if there were any freelance RoR web developers that
I could consult with? Basically, I need someone that is fluent in HTML
5 and CSS and that could guide/work with me while developing the
backend. Truthfully, an experienced Rails/HTML programmer could
knockout this app in less than a week (it is a fairly simple app).
