Dear Friends

Kindly advice what can be done

34 yr. lady- road accident Feb 20/2/2022 had ELBOW dislocation with radial head fracture- went to local hospital, closed reduction and POP slab given

After nearly 6 weeks went to another hospital and RADIAL HEAD REPLACEMENT done on 31/3/2022 and POP slab given which was removed recently. Now patient has noticed elbow to be totally stiff including pronation and supination.

My plan is to posteriorly TRAP approach [ if possible] remove head of radius, arthrolysis and mobilize actively
