Kindly suggest what can be done

5 yr old boy

Local gigantism L big toe and now increasing size- Understandably difficulty in getting & wearing  shoes. Investigated by cardio thoracic dept for AV malformation found none and referred to us

What can be done? Being great toe the only option I can think of epiphysiodesis of I metatarsal and phalanges of big toe[ I don’t know if its going to be really effective]
