Patella subluxation in extension

Dear Friends

Kindly advice what is to be done

16 yr old girl. Since 1 yr recurrent subluxation patella bilateral . Patella subluxes on EXTENSION and reduces in FLEXION.

No deformity , Apprehension test-NEGATIVE

Full range of motion with no extension lag.

MRI- Lateral patellar subluxation . MPFL intact
