Dear Friends

27 YR old male, Known case of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia

Treated by multiple surgeries since child hood

Now in Feb 2023 sustained # through the lytic lesion not united in U slab

What can be done ? Pt is unable to move shoulder

Attaching latest x-rays
