Dear Collegues,
Female patient 30 y old type 1 diabetis suffered trivial truama since last march , complained of mild pain and swelling ,sought medical advice. After three months, x ray was done and it showed hypertrophied (delayed union) . A cast was done in june for 2 months ,then orthosis B/K till now , patient took treatment for peripheral neuritis , she suffered from mild anaesthetic foot , now after 7 months what Can do to her??
