Dear Friends

Kindly suggest what should be done

28 yr old man had open tibia with bone loss of 10 cm treated with bifocal Ilizarov-united frame removed

Developed hallux valgus which is quite disabling for him as far as shoe wear is concerned and of course cosmetically

What would be the best procedure? MTP joint fusion?
