LYTIC LESION I METACARPAL

Kindly give you opinions

35 yr old male

Pain R hand since 6 months

Examination: Tenderness head of I MC, Full active range of motion

X-RAY-lytic lesion head of I metacarpal

My plan- to take a biopsy and ? bone graft it

Attaching x-rays

Dear Cherry,

The x rays are not very well done... Please take a true lateral.

I would also get an MRI before embarking on  surgical or interventional management.

A biopsy is mandatory of course!

Once I see the extent and the surrounding tissues, I would plan on the bone grafting procedure.
