16 yr old boy  H/o fall from bike 1 yr ago Injury L wrsit

Self treated with crepe bandage

Now since 1 month complaints of pain Left wrsit

0/e tenderness scaphoid fossa, movements terminal restriction with pain

Xray- non union scaphoid with AVN

MRI- same findings
