Dear friends

7 yr old boy case of Fanconi’s anemia

No h/o trauma- pain hip since nearly 4 weeks

Came today- x-rays # trochanter R

Hip movements painful

What would be the treatment-? If general condition allows should I fix it with paediatric DHS? This is the first time I am treating such a case
