Kindly give your suggestion

10 yr old girl spastic CP- active child GMFCS I

Has severe intoeing due L femoral anteversion- Internal rotation L hip 80 deg

Also has bilateral gastrocnemius tightness

In 2019 she had undergone gastro soleus aponeurotic release and femoral de rotation osteotomy but all the problems have recurred.

My plan is to repeat the de rotational osteotomy and should I also repeat the aponeurotic release
