This is a private international email list for members of the Russian Orthodox Autonomous Church (ROAC). It was created in February 2001 with a blessing by His Eminence, The Very Most Reverend Metropolitan VALENTINE of Suzdal and Vladimir; The First Hierarch of the ROAC.
