This mail group is a journal of Eastern Orthodox Christianity in Ireland. We provide news and information for Orthodox Christians living in Ireland, Orthodox Christians of Irish descent, and anyone with an interest in Orthodox Christianity in Ireland. This mailing list is open to anyone acting in good faith, and is sponsored by Our Lady Pantanassa Antiochian Orthodox Christian Mission in Cork.

around 300 million members worldwide as the second largest Christian Church,
Eastern Orthodoxy is close to the heart of the unadulterated Christian faith that flourished in Ireland from the 3rd to the 9th centuries. Eastern Orthodox Christianity respects national identity, public and private worship, civil order, and a faithful secular government.
For thousands upon thousands of recent converts to Orthodox Christianity around the world, this set of beliefs and practices centered on the Lord Jesus Christ, handed down faithfully for the past 2000 years, has met the task of answering the question, 'How should we then live?'
