DICOM File Taking To Much Time To Upload on Live Orthanc Server

Hello

My Live Orthanc server hosted at digital ocean server

When I am directly uploading a DICOM file around 315MB size, it is taking 50 minutes to upload on live orthanc server successfully.

How to reduce the uploading time?

By increasing the network bandwidth. Ask Digital Ocean and/or your ISP.

Remember that ADSL bandwidth is by nature asymmetric, as explained in many places on the Internet:

You can estimate the time of upload on the following tool:

Assuming that your ADSL upload speed is 1Mbps (which is typical), the calculator returns 44 minutes... sounds perfectly aligned with your 50 minutes, no?

Seriously, this "issue" is by no way related to Orthanc, but rather to an unfit network infrastructure.
