Web viewer not show images

                 I am radiologt,new for Orthanc,just try to install Orthanc  OrthancInstaller-Win32-18.5.0 (win10)   no error during install & after upload the images test no image shows in the viewer how to slove this

Hello,

Please could you check whether the image shows correctly using the Orthanc Web viewer (*not* the Osimis Web viewer)?

You'll have to go down to the "series" level in order to find the button to open the Orthanc Web viewer:

          Also no image shows after click the button "Orthanc Web viewer" (another PC at my home win7).

The following error is produced by the Osimis Web viewer, not by the *Orthanc* Web viewer:

Please could you provide a full log, using exclusively the Orthanc Web viewer, in "--verbose" mode?

IMHO, your issue reflects an unsupported image. Please send us a (possibly anonymized) sample DICOM image so that we can provide further support.

Are you doing any compression? i have seen the seam error with corrupt compression.

All the images are send from clearcanvas ws in the same pc,I donot do any thing about compression (no problem look with cleacanvas) & as try to use command by follow http://book.orthanc-server.com/faq/log.html (as attach figers,not sure is it correct due to no  configuration file in configuration directory so I change configuraion file name  tobe orthanc.json) however no any thing chang in the log in C:\temp

Your file works properly with Orthanc Web viewer, as shown in this screenshot:

There is obviously an issue with your installation. I suggest you to uninstall Orthanc, to remove the "C:\OrthancStorage\" folder, and to retry with a fresh installation of Orthanc.

Yesterday I try to uninstall & install many times,however unfortunately,not suceed,the result remain no images showed & today I try with my pc(winn 10) also the same result
