Query/Retrieve Can not query Chinese name patient

我使用Orthanc的1.2.0版本，配置好了 DICOM server 和 DICOM client，'Test EHO' 成功，且可以使用 ‘search studies’，使用'*'通配符进行查询study时，返回的列表里面都是患者名字不是中文的。这是为什么呢？患者名字是英文的可以正常被检索到。

只要患者名字是中文的，无论用什么方式都没法检索到！

配置信息里面都是这样的："DefaultEncoding" : "Chinese"

Hello,

Please try with the mainline version of Orthanc. It contains fixes with respect to encodings.

If it still does not work, please provide a sample DICOM file, and describe precisely how to reproduce your issue.
