That isn't very helpful as you have not provided very much information about your setup.

You should consult the Orthanc Book:  https://book.orthanc-server.com/index.html

and probably the Github Repo for Explorer 2:

https://github.com/orthanc-server/orthanc-explorer-2

and the config file:  https://github.com/orthanc-server/orthanc-explorer-2/blob/master/Plugin/DefaultConfiguration.json

https://github.com/orthanc-server/orthanc-explorer-2#configuration

There are several possibilities, but it is most likely that you do not have the config file set up quite right as you get a 404 error.

This happened to me when changing the default install folder in windows (ex: C:\OrthancServer), even with the config file set up.

Leaving the default install folder "C:\Program Files\Orthanc Server" untouched solved the problem for me, you might give it a try. I did not find anything in the Orthanc Book or in the config file in Github about this or how to adjust the config file if the orthanc install folder in windows is not the default.

This is weird.  I just tried installing it at a different place and everything works fine.

Luciano, you should check your startup logs.  They should look like this:
