Store SCP Failed: DIMSE Read PDV failed

Whenever i am sending images to Orthanc i get the following errors:

E1010 15:49:20.851079 StoreScp.cpp:304] Store SCP Failed: Peer aborted Association (or never connected)

E1010 15:49:20.913577 StoreScp.cpp:304] Store SCP Failed: DIMSE Read PDV failed

The weird thing is i usually get a few images and then it fails so when im sending from my primary PACS (Visage or FUJI) ill get a dozen images and then enough errors will occur and it will fail.  But if i send from my DICOM router (UltraRad) it will keep throwing errors until eventually all the images are there.  On the PACS side the logs state that the connection was closed unexpectedly by Orthanc.

Any suggestions?  I have tried setting the timeouts higher and that doesnt seem to be the issue.  I have tons of space on the image storage drive.  I am at a loss.

Hello,

This definitely looks like a network issue between your modalities and Orthanc, e.g. because of a firewall that blocks DICOM.

Get in touch with your team of network administrators. For lower-level debugging, try and replace temporarily Orthanc with the "storescp" command-line tool provided by DCMTK, and inspect the debug logs.

Just to follow up i was able to resolve this issue and it was in fact an issue with the network card.  It is resolved now, thank you very much for the help.
