Welcome back, and proposed updated schedule.

[Ortelius Open Source]

Welcome back from our summer break! I hope everyone had a chance to recharge.

As we get Ortelius community meetings going again, we’d like to make a small change to the schedule and format.

Going forward, we plan to meet at 9:00 AM on the second and third Fridays of each month.

We’ll also divide the meeting into two parts:

• First 15 minutes: Community outreach, events, content, adoption, and other ways we can grow participation in Ortelius.
• Remainder of the meeting: Architecture, technical discussions, project direction, and development priorities.

The goal is to give both community-building and technical work a consistent place on the agenda while keeping the meetings focused and productive.

We’re looking forward to reconnecting with everyone and continuing to build Ortelius together.
