Our client is a well-funded (over $15 million in financing) semiconductor
R&D start-up in Seattle, developing a revolutionary new technology for
high-performance mixed-signal CMOS integrated circuits. They have assembled
a dream team of technical talent, and are looking to add several experienced
Integrated Circuit Design Engineers.
The IC Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and evaluating
full-custom RF, analog, or mixed-signal ICs utilizing submicron CMOS
technologies.
Experience with submicron CMOS/BiCMOS analog and mixed-signal IC design is
preferred. Designers experienced in other technologies (such as silicon
bipolar or GaAs MESFET) will also receive serious consideration. Experience
in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Signal
conversion, frequency synthesis, A/D and D/A conversion, adaptive filters,
active filters, precision references, amplifiers, RF design, and noise
modeling and analysis. Experience with modern CAD tools required.
BSEE (MSEE preferred) plus 3 years (1 year with MSEE) in a custom or
semi-custom design environment required, with experience in RF design a
plus.
Compensation includes full benefits and stock options. Relocation paid.
