Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and drive the financial success of the operating groups under
your direction.
* Developing collaborative work teams within each operating unit.
* Train or ensure your operating units are trained, and in
compliance, with our quality standards, that operating policies and
procedures are communicated, understood, successfully and
enthusiastically implemented by your teams.
* Collaborate with your teams to establish performance and financial
goals and the strategies to achieve them.
* Mentor, develop, and provide direction through a collaborative,
participative leadership style
* Develop self-empowered, self-directed teams who understand,
embrace, and are committed to our vision and mission of quality care.
* Actively recruit, interview and select quality candidates who meet
position requirements and competencies for successful job
Job Requirements:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Animal
Sciences
* 3 or more years demonstrated, successful multi-location management
exp in
* Available to travel 30% - 50% (frequent local and regional travel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills
* Math and financial aptitude
* Knowledgeable with Windows software ¨C Word, Excel, Outlook
* Knowledgeable of employment and human resource laws
* Experience in veterinary or medical field helpful
* Clean driving record
