Once an item is shipped or picked up, Apple will create an invoice for your order. To view or print your invoice, go to your Order Listing page and select an item to go to the order details. Then, select View Invoice at the top of your order details page to access your invoice.
I made several purchases from Apple in the last 10 years or so. Many iPhones, plus iPads, Mac Books, etc., not just for me but for acquaintances from overseas. Now I've been asked for an invoice from an iPhone I purchased in Dec 2016 and I can't find it. When you take your device for repair they right away come up with the purchase information. It would be nice if one could get an old invoice online and print it. Maybe this option already exists but I couldn't find it. If somebody know how, please let me know. Thank you.
Thank you everyone. I make my purchases in store, not online. In a chat with Apple they asked me to call 800-692-7753, which I did and a copy of the invoice was in my e-mail the next day. I'm very satisfied with Apple Customer Service.

Tapping on the plus icon directs you to a templates page, where you can either select a blank spreadsheet to work with or get yourself a pre-outlined template. However, since doing things from scratch requires time and skills, let's search the template.
An ideal invoice comprises certain significant and essential elements. Even though the template will include sample information for better guidance, just to be extra sure, tick off the following elements and add anything missing.

Hi @Den1, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty. @k_atie below added a screenshot of how you can download it as a PDF on an iOS device if you scroll down here. Please let me know if this works for you.
@Den1, I have tried this on an iPhone and Online Dashboard. The option Download PDF is there both on iPhone and Dashboard. Please try deleting your app and reinstall and follow the steps below:
Hey @Den1, just stepping in for Emma here. I just tried on my own app to see if I could forward an invoice via email myself and wasn't able to. I have escalated this to the relevant teams so we'll get back to you once we receive more information. Thank you for your patience!
Hey @Den1, thank you for your patience. I have just gotten word back from my team and they have said that the inability to download a PDF version of an invoice is a known issue. We don't have a timeline for a fix just yet, but our Engineering team is working hard to resolve it. Really sorry for the inconvenience!
Hi @Den1, the new versions are released to fix this issue. Please check if your Square POS app is running on the 5.95 version. There are different ways to share your invoice in PDF, email, or shareable link format.
2. When you create an invoice, an email is sent to your customer if you enter their email address. Your customer is able to pay and download their invoice payment confirmation in PDF format. You can also send a reminder in email format.
Then, I saved it to the Book app on the iPad. It looked like the screenshot below. This gave me access to a PDF version of the invoice. Although, I'm not sure if the Book app is exclusive to some versions of iOS or not. The iPad I'm using is the iPad 8th Generation and is running on iOS 14.4. It could be a viable workaround, though!
They will print the invoice for the person who is the one who bought the phone from AT&T, not a third party. They likely will ask for identification that you are that person. If you have The owners information, the best option would be to have that person remove the phone from their account themselves.
@dwill05I can't manage to contact the previous owner, nor find him on FaceBook or other social media, and since I am not in the US anymore it is quite difficult to get in touch with him - I bought it second hand on CraigList and don't know the dude personally.
The phone was working fine until I did an update. I checked it on the internet with the IMEI and it is not reported as lost/stolen so I guess the previous owner just forgot to wipe his account before selling it to me.
@sandblasterThe phone is already carrier unlocked, but it is iCloud locked to the previous owner account. I was told by Apple that only them can remove the lock and for that they need the original receipt or a copy of it, hence my request here to get one.
Okay, but just to be clear, do you mean an invoice or a packing slip? The packing slip goes in the package at shipping time, to list the contents of the box, where it is going and what the return address is, to act as a backup for the shipping label on the outside. You can find the link for printing a packing slip on the Shipping label form.
An invoice is a demand for payment. The buyer receives one automatically as part of the payment process. I'm not sure how or why you would want to print the invoice, as they are normally emailed to the recipient. In particular, the Ship-To: address is not even known at that point in time, because the buyer is free to have the item sent somewhere else. All you have at invoice time is the buyer's registered eBay address, which may or may not be accurate. You will not find a link for printing the invoice when printing the Shipping label, because payment has already occurred.
The following is how I see the details in desktop mode, so it's probably different for mobile, but if you're looking to print a record of the entire sale, check your Sold items page (here) and look up the item you sold. In the Actions column for that item, you will find a small pulldown menu. There are two options there: "View payment details" and "View order details," either of which can give you full details on the payment or the shipment of your item in a page you can print.
For my business, one of the headaches was managing both stocks and expenses. Luckily, I switched to Moon Invoice and found the hassles of stock and expense management getting faded. Thanks to this amazing invoicing app.

Select an invoicing app or software that offers customization options, ease of use, and compatibility with your iPhone. Popular choices include Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and dedicated invoicing apps like ReliaBills.
