Dear Ms Ankita

Today I and may be other Orris ACP members must have been apprised by your CEO about the start of activities in 40-45 days but same was the stand of Orris three months back, and also I do not understand why it takes so many days to finalise the contractor. Now it is getting into the habit of Orris to befool the customers and buy time from them without any reasons. Mr Ankit also mentioned about the present market scenario in real estate but we had paid all the money and are not getting the product, where the market situation comes in between. Orris launches new project with pompous affair but never gives ear to its unfinished projects. Can you provide the new schedule in writing through return mail as Orris can again backtrack on its committment.

Dear  Ms.Reena Gulati, The question of VAT to be paid ,as things are, does not arise. Orris should pay on behalf of 

its valued flat buyers and subsequently recover at the time of handing over. Where does the question of market scenario

come in for the customers from whom you have recovered 95% payment. You have earned a lot of money by selling

your commercial project very recently. Please set your house in order and stop fooling people,regards, jaspal singh gujral
