The evasive attitude of Orris management on various issues raised by us are not getting addressed in time as if we have not paid to Orris for what we have bought. Your group does business because of the customers like us and if you will continue to ignore the queries raised by customers how you people are going to sustain in this competitive market.
Nobody is sure when will we get the possessions for our homes and everyone is incurring huge losses by paying rent as well as EMIs. Orris management always have attitude of providing false information. No labors are engaged in completing ACP project as found out by visiting site and also no one is able to tell when the jobs will be completed.
On various occasions we have asked for date of possession for ACP, about return of EDC/IDC, service tax and explanation for extra charges, increase in super area without informing us, but from your side we find silence every time as if the queries are falling in deaf ears.
Please reply at the earliest to the queries raised by us and do not force us to go against you in social media, print media or to look for legal ways to get our legitimate dues.
Again I request you humbly to reply to the various queries in this mail and in all the mails given to you by other customers.
I hope to get the answers for my queries asap.
