The evasive attitude of Orris management on various issues raised by us are not getting addressed in time as if we have not paid to Orris for what we have bought. Your group does business because of the customers like us and if you will continue to ignore the queries raised by customers how you people are going to sustain in this competitive market.
Nobody is sure when will we get the possessions for our homes and everyone is incurring huge losses by paying rent as well as EMIs. Orris management always have attitude of providing false information. No labors are engaged in completing ACP project as found out by visiting site and also no one is able to tell when the jobs will be completed.
On various occasions we have asked for date of possession for ACP, about return of EDC/IDC, service tax and explanation for extra charges, increase in super area without informing us, but from your side we find silence every time as if the queries are falling in deaf ears.
Please reply at the earliest to the queries raised by us and do not force us to go against you in social media, print media or to look for legal ways to get our legitimate dues.
Again I request you humbly to reply to the various queries in this mail and in all the mails given to you by other customers. 
I hope to get the answers for my queries asap.

Dear Orris Management Team,

As Orris ACP Members, we have put our concern to you and we hope that you will take note of that and reply sincerely. Regarding increase in super area I would like to mention that Orris need to take consent of minimum 70 % of the members. I do not remember that any such consent is taken from us and we will not provide our consent in future also. So by no means Orris can increase the super area. 

Please understand our concern as we all are hard pressed by EMI and rent. Last payment was made on June 13, 2013, its more than 3 years passed since that. Orris need to pay back the interest for 3 years on the amount paid. For any late payment you are always strict and never provide any human touch on that while you are pressing ACP members to the farthest corner which is not at all justified. As other members have already indicated that if issues are not resolved within July 2016 we all are going to circulate all our concern to social media, print & digital media. This will unnecessary create bad taste among all of us. So lets be on happier node and take care of all the issues raised.

Thank you for your quick response, but still everything seems to be ambiguous and there is no definite timeline for possession and how AC is connected to ACP regarding possession. As you should understand we, the sufferers are suffering from the burden of EMI as well as rent, hence we need to have a definite timeline to plan our finances.
Also the other points you have clarified seems to be typical management replies, but I want a definite waiver for increase in super area as it had not been notified to earlier customers so I need the confirmation for area, as for me it is 1970 sq ft in tower 3N 502.
Also there is no mention for undue electricity charges as EDC had already been paid. The information about lowered EDC has not been passed to customers.
Please make a definite answers as this management jargon we are digesting for quite long now, and its the time to get the definite replies not ambiguous.

Dear Parmod ji,

I am not at all aware about the issue of lowered EDC. Can you please elaborate it. 

Regarding the increase of build up area, it is not possible at all now and they can not do it.
