Here is my post about online identity and some potential challenges folks may face once they dive in.

As for my blog - I probably should tweak it at some point. It is good that I've been forced to create one that is strictly professional. I had created one years ago for that intent but it morphed into a more personal writing space. As you know (Ian) my real online self tends to live mostly on twitter

Good work Dan.

I think you've built up a nice collection of your online persona using the blog. I agree that your online identity is mostly on Twitter. The challenge is that our Twitter stream is ephemeral and we quickly lose it. If someone new were to meet you and try to figure out who you are, your Twitter stream will give them a "most recent hits" collection. Through a website, or blog that you control, you have the opportunity to give them your "greatest hits" that you write, promote, and curate.

Also...I think that your website/blog/identity should encompass all that you are. I think it would make for quite the intriguing space.

Good work. Badge awarded.
-Ian
