Module 2: Collaborate learning lesson plan

I have finally finished my lesson plan to apply for a badge for Module 2! In my lesson plan, I used my understanding of both collaborative learning and technology in the classroom to have sophomore students create an ABC storybook to describe Jay Gatsby in 26 different ways--you guess it, one for every letter of the alphabet!

The lesson plan is certainly grade appropriate as it requires students to work effectively in groups to decide on the theme for their presentation, choices for each letter, and finding text evidence for each letter to complete the project. The entire project is designed to take 2 full 55 minute class periods but can go an extra day if need for final improvements before submission through Google Presentations/Docs. What I'd like to highlight is your sense of understanding and sophistication in this work is refreshing. Keep it up!!!

What I mean is your understanding of the badges and the process involved. I also appreciate your use of Creative Commons licensing. CC licensing is often hard to understand...and you have latched on to it quickly. I'd like you to keep it up, and possibly have your students use CC licensing in your classroom.
