My lesson plan seems to have weird time allocations, but I planned on splitting it up among several days. I thought it easier to keep it all in one lesson plan but wanted to make it known that the lesson will be split among several days.

Good work. I think you were smart in breaking it up across several days. The challenge with this type of work is understanding that there is a lot of background knowledge and info they need to have in order to get this done.
