Here is my lesson plan on Internet Source Validity. In it students have to work through a list of sources that are unreliable for a variety of reasons.

Really nice work. I'd love to see you teach this with your students...and see what their ultimate reaction is to this work. You'll have a ton of work teaching them what is meant by credibility and reliability...but I think it's worthwhile.
Also...if you want to have some fun...have your students rank order the credibility or validity of the different sites when they're done.
