Module 2: Response to readings : Module 2 Readings response: As I talked about in my video reflection on collaborative inquiry the internet and the websites/ technologies associated with it has revolutionized how we conduct business and communication, and given the growing rate of availability to a computer/ internet, education must embrace the technological changes and show kids how to use this tool effectively, but also as William Ferriter says, "responsibly and safely". The use of free websites like wikisites and google sites are taking off in terms of teachers and instructors creating an online community, resource area, and new avenue of school communication that was not available in even my generation as a student k-12 (I am 25) (Rubenstein 2008).
