Nice work.

I most all appreciate how you're unpacking the idea of the lesson plan, and presenting it as a teaching device for your students (and colleagues) to use. Well done.

I'm intrigued by the idea of having your students synthesize across texts...and having them synthesize across modes of information. I think (when you actually teach this with your students) you'll need to build in more scaffolding for them to guide their thinking.
