ormlite possibly to move to github

I've just pushed all of the ORMLite packages up to github. It's a bit of an experiment and I'm not sure I 100% like it although the collaborative benefits are evident.

I'm a github nube so can people check it out and let me know if I set it up right? Under SVN the root was above the core/jdbc/android packages but that model doesn't seem to work well here. I _do_ have the master pom as a project as well with submodules of the 3 above. Is that right?

Anything I need to do in terms of permissions? Any other feedback would be appreciated.

Cool! Git still feels totally over complicated compared to
subversion, but the collaboration is much better.
