IMHO, we could try and concentrate traffic to Django and python-related technology in this group.

I think that this is a great idea. I know there will be a number of folks from the Ubuntru Florida LoCo Team that will agree.

I like the idea, but it might be better to do django days instead of fragmenting a group that has not been so active. Saturday, I plan to discuss a monthly meeting schedule so we should definitely consider this. If you'd prefer to have a regular django meetup instead, then I'll definitely support it.

My python interest is centered pretty squarely on Django, so I'd be
interested. Of course, "interest" doesn't really == having time to
make a monthly, or even bi-monthly user group.

A Django-specific *meeting* would certainly be welcome. I know a lot
of us use Django.
