Hi Guys,

 

Please respond with which date works best for the vast majority of the players!  We would like to plan for the next T20 tournament and just as an FYI, the league has rescheduled the meeting at Big Yard for Saturday, March 2nd at 4:30 pm.  They will give out 2 bonus points to all the teams who attend and are there for the entire meeting.  However, please note that the early registration deadline still remains at February 23rd  and we will need to pay $425 by then or incur an additional $75 fee.

Hello All,

 

Based on the attached spread sheet we have $235 in the Treasury with $468 still owed by a few folks. Additionally, we have credits due back to players in the sum of $845. Either way we look at it, we are upside down from a revenue perspective and we are due to pay $425 to the league by February 23rd; we only have a total of $340 cash in hand per my conversations with Noble and Santosh at the field on Sunday.

My suggestions are as follows:

 

1. Require the payment of $468 prior to the allowance any of these players playing in the upcoming T20
2. As for the $845 credits, we will need to adjust the payments for the upcoming T20
3. But this leaves us cash poor for the February 23rd payment of $425 as we only have $340 cash in hand

For those who have balance owed, please mail your payments to me as Karthik is out of the country. My address is 14646 Sweet Acacia Drive Orlando, Florida 32828. Please see below for the breakdown of what is owed by player and please do not take any offense! This is to make sure we are all on an even playing field and have an equal stake in the team:

OK, I apologize to those folks who were incorrectly identified as owing; Karthik graciously updated the spread-sheet with the monies that have been paid on his vacation. so thank you for that!

 

As for the amounts owed is outlined below and the larger spread-sheet is attached as well as an FYI.

It is crucial that we get all the $348.00 cash in hand to be able to pay those credits back, especially to the folks who will not be able to play in the T20 tournament and those who are due large sums of money back.  The detailed spread sheet is attached as an FYI and please make every effort to send in your payments and we truly appreciate everyone's assistance and considerations!
