Redirecting to a specific page after authenticating

I would like to know how it would be possible to redirect to the
scrapall page after a user authenticates.

After a user authenticates from this page, http://74.50.27.173/scrapu/test/
, he stays at http://74.50.27.173/scrapu/auth.php
Instead, I would like him to be redirected to http://74.50.27.173/scrapu/samples/scrapall/

Please let me how this can be done.
